Shipping Policies
Local Orders
Cost: Flat $4SGD
Local orders are currently fulfilled via NinjaVan or Speedpost. A processing time of 3-5 business days is usually required for final assembly and proper packaging of your order. Once it has been dispatched it will take 2-5 working days to arrive. Your parcel may be sent via Speedpost Standard with full coverage if your parcel is above 300SGD at no added charge.

International Orders
Costs vary but generally start at $16SGD and increase with size and weight of parcel.
All relevant customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
All stated date and time estimates are applicable under 'normal' conditions and do not take into account (but not constrained to) natural disasters, political environments and pandemics*
Refunds and Returns
Lost Parcels (International Orders)
If you did not opt for Insured Express Shipping and your parcel is confirmed to be lost/missing by the shipping provider (parcel is not deemed lost if it doesn't arrive by a stipulated date as delays do occur) a refund on the retail price of your order minus cost of shipping OR a maximum of 100SGD, whichever is lower, will be offered.
If you opted for Insured Express Shipping and your parcel is confirmed to be lost/missing by the shipping provider (parcel is not deemed lost if it doesn't arrive by a stipulated date as delays do occur) a refund on the full value of your order minus cost of shipping will be offered.
For uninsured international orders, to confirm that the parcel is missing, please contact me after 21 days and before 60 days of the dispatch date of your order. That is the time frame at which DHL Global accepts enquiries into missing parcels. It usually take about 2 months for them to verify whether a parcel is lost.
Damaged Items
I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 7 days from receiving your parcel.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, first off, I am so sorry for the mix up! Please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations affect a small business like mine quite a lot. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to make sure the items added to cart are what you want before checking out.
