Shipping Policies

Local Orders

Local orders are currently fulfilled via Qxpress. A processing time of 3-5 business days is usually required for final assembly and proper packaging of your order. Once it has been dispatched it will take 2-5 working days to arrive. Lithops Studio is not liable for lost or delayed parcels.

International Orders

All international orders are currently fulfilled via Qxpress. A processing time of 3-5 business days (not including weekends) is usually required for final assembly and proper packaging of your order. Once it is dispatched it will take 2 - 10 weeks for delivery. Lithops Studio is not liable for lost or delayed parcels.

Shipping Destinations

Arab Emirates, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam.

Customs duties and taxes.

All relevant customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.

Damaged Items

I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me an email with your order number and photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 48 hours from receiving your parcel. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging, I will either replace your order or send you a refund on the price of your order (not including shipping). 

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, first off, I am so sorry for the mix up! Please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with you.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are not accepted unless there was a mix up with your order.

Cancellations

If you need to make a cancellation, they are only accepted within 24 hours from the placement of the order or before the order has been packed for dispatched, whichever is earlier. 

It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to make sure the items added to cart are what you want before checking out. A fee is charged to my small business as long as a transaction is made.
