Damaged Items

I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 7 days from receiving your parcel. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging and not mishandling by the postal carrier, I will be happy to offer you a full refund on your order.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, first off, I am so sorry for the mix up! Please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.

    
Cancellations
  
Cancellations affect a small business like mine quite a lot. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to make sure the items added to cart are what you want before checking out.
But if you really need to make a cancellation, they are only accepted within 24hours from the placement of the order or before the order has been packed for dispatched, whichever is earlier. A non refundable cancellation fee of 5SGD will be imposed for cancellations.
