Shipping and Refund Policies
Local orders are currently fulfilled via Qxpress. A processing time of 3-5 business days is usually required for final assembly and proper packaging of your order. Once it has been dispatched it will take 2-5 working days to arrive.
All international orders are currently fulfilled via DHL Global Mail unless stated otherwise. A processing time of 3-5 business days (not including weekends) is usually required for final assembly and proper packaging of your order. Once it is dispatched it will take an average of 2-10 weeks to arrive (extended delays are expected due to the effects of Covid-19)
All relevant customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.
Insured Express Delivery (International Shipping)
Please contact me within 24hours of your order if you would like to opt for Insured Express Delivery, no changes can be made once your parcel has been packed for shipment. This option will provide full coverage for your order (minus shipping costs) and have a shipping time of about 3-5 working days on top of the required processing time to assemble and pack your parcel for dispatch. Do note opting for this service might extend the processing time as more documents need to be prepared before your parcel can be dispatched.
Prices for Insured Express Services vary depending on where you are located, value of your parcel and size & weight of your parcel. As a rough estimate prices start at about 80SGD.

If Insured Express Delivery is not opted for, please note that the maximum refund for lost parcels is the value of your parcel minus shipping or 100SGD, whichever is lower. Please refer to ' Lost Parcels ' section below for full details.

Refunds and Returns
Lost Parcels (International Orders)
If you did not opt for Insured Express Shipping and your parcel is confirmed to be lost/missing by the shipping provider (parcel is not deemed lost if it doesn't arrive by a stipulated date as delays do occur) a refund on the retail price of your order that does not include cost of shipping OR a maximum of 100SGD, whichever is lower, will be offered.
If you opted for Insured Express Shipping and your parcel is confirmed to be lost/missing by the shipping provider (parcel is not deemed lost if it doesn't arrive by a stipulated date as delays do occur) a refund on the full value of your order minus cost of shipping will be offered.
For uninsured international orders, to confirm that the parcel is missing, please contact me after 21 days and before 60 days of the dispatch date of your order. That is the time frame at which DHL Global accepts enquiries into missing parcels. It usually take about 2 months for them to verify whether a parcel is lost.
I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 7 days from receiving your parcel. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging and not mishandling by the postal carrier, I will be happy to offer you a full refund on your order.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, first off, I am so sorry for the mix up! Please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with you.
Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.
